What You’ll Do:
- Screen resumes from global candidates for influencer marketing roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Shortlist profiles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain candidate database and ensure a smooth communication flow
- Support end-to-end hiring processes and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams
- Interest in social media, content creators, and influencer space is a big plus!
